Before you come

House rules

The same simple rules for all three houses on the farm.

  • Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
  • No smoking indoors: the houses are thatched. Smoke only outside, away from the buildings.
  • Fires only in the braai areas and the fireplaces.
  • Quiet after 22:00.
  • No more guests than the booking is for.
  • Pets are welcome in the fenced area at your house.
  • Children must be supervised at the pool, the dam and the river.
  • No parties or events without prior arrangement with Alison.

This is a working farm with a river, a dam and livestock, so keep an eye on children near the water and the animals. Questions about a rule, or need a different check-in time? Ask Alison when you book, or read the deposit and cancellation policy and the questions.
